Soundcoat Plastering Ltd has been established since 2005 and was formed by Martin Ball and Jared Rogerson who have 20 years experience in the plastering and external rendering industry, at present our main area of business is external rendering using premixed bags of one coat through colour renders and render board systems with acrylic render finish.
Using these high quality products to an excellent standard of workmanship has given us many certifications in approved applicators of these products i.e. Weber and SPS products which our workforce use through out the UK.

Quality Policy Statement
"Soundcoat Plasterings Ltd developed and implemented a quality management system to demonstrate its ability to cope with different contract projects and times.
Quality objectives are set and continually monitored as part of the management review process of the quality management system.
To support the company in its policy of continual improvement, the quality management system is subject to regular review in order to identify best practices and any change in customers requirements.
In our quest for continual improvement Soundcoat Plasterings Ltd recognises that the commitment and competence of all its employees is essential for the system to be successful. To achieve this Soundcoat Plasterings Ltd provide the necessary training and instruction, but at the same time encourages its employees to take an active part in its continuing development.
Whilst both directors are responsible for the effective operation of the quality management system, the quality manager carries out the detailed management of the system."

Environmental Statement
- The site will nominate an individual who will act as a referral point for all environmental issues.
- The site will adopt the best environmental practices and comply, as a minimum, with the requirement of environmental legislation. In exercising this responsibility, recognition will be taken of guidance notes produced by both regulatory authorities and the environmental health & safety advisor.
- Regular monitoring and recording of all discharges, whether it is to atmosphere, land or aquatic environment, will be undertaken and recorded.
- Changes in processes, procedures, or the provision of new facilities which could impact upon the environment, must be referred to the named individual responsible for environmental issues at an early stage in there development.
- The site will develop and foster good relationships with all relevant environmental regulated bodies and will comply with the conditions imposed by licenses, agreements, and permits etc, issued by such bodies.
- The work force will be trained and educated in the exercise of environmental regulatory actions, which will include the husbanding of all resources.
- The site will adhere to its practice of segregating trade effluent, foul drainage and surface water for separate treatment and disposal.
- All spillages or site accidents which could compromise the sites treatment and disposal facilities or licenses, or the surrounding environment, must be reported promptly to the nominated individual responsible for environmental issues.
- The site will consider recycling as the first option for the processing of all waste streams.
- Segregation, for separate disposal, of waste materials and redundant chemicals, which could compromise the sites waste disposal facilities or licenses. Will be practiced. Specific arrangements will be made for the disposal of this material through approved contractors.
- All waste transport contractors and waste disposal sites will be audited to ensure that they are competent and properly licensed to provide the service they are offering.
All documentation associated with these audits will be sorted. - A complaints register will be maintained to document any complaint arising from within or external to this site. A summary of any investigation and actions taken to prevent recurrence will be recorded.
- Waste minimization plans and procedures for the conservation of energy will be developed.
- Environmental noise will be monitored at key points on the site and targets for noise emissions will be developed.
- Policies for the investigation of the environmental impact of supplier’s will be developed, leading to a register of suitable supplier’s.

Application
Monocouche
The monocouche is applied with our PFT G5 render machines with fully trained operatives who work in gangs of 3-4. The render is applied in one pass of 15mm & 20mm coats and is a through coloured render.
Finishes: scraped, scraped with ashlar joints, stone or texture.
Colours: available in nearly 300 shades of colour.
Application: spray applied monocouche renders offer the most efficient and cost effective method of rendering large modest areas. Smaller areas may be hand applied
Advantages: reduction in labour time, allowing scaffold to be dismantled and groundworks to begin earlier in the programme.
Monocouche renders offer real cost benefits over traditional methods.
Meshtex systems
The meshtex systems are ideal for timber frame buildings where a render finish is needed.
The acrylic finish has an even texture finish (1.5mm & 3mm aggregate content).
Weber.rend ocr
The weber.rend ocr provides an excellent background for all weber finishes, masonry paints and many other types of surface coatings
Features & benefits: factory controlled production to give a consistently high quality product, give the same finish as traditional sand and cement renders but in significantly less time.
Application: spray applied with our PFT G5 render machines meaning faster application and shorter programme periods.
